A spokesman for the U.S. attorney's office confirmed yesterday that State Highway Patrol troopers stopped Bledsaw in the Dayton area. He was driving a motor home in which the marijuana was discovered
Detention hearings are today for three Stark County men and an Arizona resident accused of being major marijuana suppliers to Stark County.The men are in federal custody. They were arrested Friday in a New Philadelphia-area motel with 175 pounds of marijuana.Charged with trafficking are brothers Harold D. Colucy, 53, and Ralph D. Colucy, 51, both of Linwood Avenue Southwest in Canton; David T. Emery, 46, of West Main Street in Brewster; and Paul D. Bledsaw, 62, of Mesa, Ariz. . He then drove, under supervision, to the Tuscarawas County motel, where the other arrests took place and the marijuana was seized.
