4 Arrested in Narcotics Bust!

WADSWORTH: Three adults and a juvenile arrested Monday are the latest in a string of 18 narcotics arrests made in the last five days. Police say more are expected.
Arrested Monday were Matthew R. Ondrik, 29, of Rittman on two counts of complicity to commit marijuana trafficking, and Wadsworth resident Jason R. Brasty, 18, on two counts of marijuana trafficking in the vicinity of a juvenile and one count of marijuana trafficking. A 17-year-old male, also of Wadsworth, was charged with one count of delinquency by reason of complicity to sell marijuana. Melissa Hines, 24, of Wadsworth was charged with complicity to sell marijuana.The adults are scheduled for a preliminary hearing in Wadsworth Municipal Court at 2 p.m. Friday. Fourteen other individuals face charges including trafficking crack cocaine, trafficking LSD, complicity to sell marijuana and trafficking in marijuana in the vicinity of a school or a juvenile. One Akron woman, Amy Ryneer, 20, was re-arrested yesterday on a separate narcotics charge in Summit County and is being held without bond. She was arrested last week in Wadsworth for possession of crack cocaine and other drug-related charges, but was released on 10 percent of a $50,000 bond.Wadsworth Police began the sweep with three arrests Thursday. Eleven Wadsworth residents were picked up Friday, including seven high school students who were served warrants after a drug search at the school.
