A hearing in the cocaine case against Gov. Jeb Bush's daughter was postponed Friday after prosecutors said the staff at her drug rehabilitation center was not cooperating with investigators. Police said 0.2 grams of crack cocaine were found in Noelle Bush's shoe on Monday after they were called to the center by another patient. Bush was not arrested because officers could not get sworn statements from staffers at The Center for Drug-Free Living.
Circuit Judge Reginald Whitehead delayed Friday's hearing until police finish their investigation. State attorney's office spokeswoman Lisa Roberson said clinic staff were not cooperating with police. A center spokeswoman did not immediately return a message Friday. Bush was put in a court-ordered rehabilitation program after she was arrested in January at a Tallahassee pharmacy drive-through window allegedly trying to buy the anti-anxiety drug Xanax with a fraudulent prescription. She was admitted to the treatment center, with the possibility charges would be dropped if she completed the program. In July, she was caught carrying pills which belonged to a treatment center worker and was sent to jail for three days. Global Monopoly Money
…is Oil. I think most of us would certainly agree it ain't cannabis. Cannabis is only prohibited because it competes with oil for your hard-earned dollar, peso, or rupee. Hemp can easily be an abundant planetary resource providing many things from food and good times to landscape lantern oil for the hobnobbing pill popping upper-class elitist. On the subject of energy and our reliance upon it, I found the claims of Joseph Newman yesterday. Following is a link that cannabis lovers may find curious:http://www.josephnewman.com/Anyways, like regular monopoly, the winners in global monopoly seek to accumulate all the currency possible for themselves.

Haven't you been reading our posts' Bounce?
Kaptinemo says it all, quite well, thank you Kap! Bounce: 'If you want to buy into those "Bush knew" conspiracy theories, fine.' We are not 'buying' into bush knew theories, we have shown you the evidence, what are you waiting for, the Washington Post to come around to the truth?
Let me know when you read something that is not a lie in our mainstream media regarding terrorism, bush and Saudi Arabia!

Bounce..."Ignorant" is not an insult?
Please explain to me how an insult is not an insult.Consider this, Bounce: The coterie of people Bush has behind him (and as far as I am concerned, given his seeming inability to formulate a single solid policy that can't be changed within 5 minutes by his staff, are his handlers) and what they have publicly espeoused, the rest of the world has reason to worry.I'm sure you've heard of the term, "geopolitics". Bush's 'staff' certainly have...and their entire modus operandi suggest that 9/11 was a convenient excuse to embroil us in the region which was inevitably slated for attack as far back as the Klinton Regime. Now, take a look at this link:Ideas From the Right Empire or Not? A Quiet Debate Over U.S. Role
By Thomas E. Ricks
Washington Post Staff Writer
Tuesday, August 21, 2001; Page A01
http://www.washingtonpost.com/ac2/wp-dyn?pagename=article&node=&contentId=A37019-2001Aug20Look at the date: several weeks before the attacks. Now ask yourself: if I had was the President, and had people around me talking like that, don't you think it might make the Muslim World more than a little nervous? (Especially as the Washington Post is practically the Federal Register; a governmental mouthpiece that rarely takes pols to task for misinformation and lies...but can always be counted upon to trumpet new policies for Administrations.) Especially when we already have practically garrisoned Saudi Arabia? Which is in large part supposedly (remember, no investigation yet) why Ol' Osama took a swipe at us? As far as the rest of the world is concerned, that article in the Post was as clear as recon camera glass: the US is about to drop all guises and announce itself as an empire. And history shows us what happens to nations that do not resist empires. So 3,000 people die...because of the Bush Administration.Far-fetched? Then you haven't spoken with many foreigners living here. Once they see you're sincere and not about to rat on them, they'll give you an earful as to why we've had such a lousy year.I would also point out that the same old 'Good Ol' Boys' club which runs W ran Klinton. And would have run Gore. Same club, just that this time they let in the religious crazies that want to start WW3 so ol' Yeshua will show up and smite the Unbelievers.I've said before in another posting that 'our' leaders are not sane. The ones who think they can garrison an entire gigantic continent like Asia have forgotten MacArthur's famous injunction not to get embroiled in Asian land wars. We didn't listen in Viet Nam, operating from the same kind of hubris shown by McNamara and the Kennedy Brain Trust, and look at what happened. Now we have W and his bully boys, talking in glowing terms about empire, all set to get us sunk into an even bigger mess. Some people saw where this was going...and attacked the US in the very same spirit in which we are planning an assult on Iraq - as a 'pre-emptive strike', hoping to cripple the economic engine fuelling the war machine...and they almost got away with it. Another hard shock like that and we'll really be in trouble."Ignorant", eh? I wish I were an ignorant sheeple, some days. Life would be so much easier if you didn't feel a moral obligation to seek factual information instead of accepting propaganda as Gospel.

..OK..here's what's goin' on...
..just watch....this whole event will be confused and clouded in the "who dunnit", diversion,,and Noelle will end up skating off into the back pages of public concern, while the whole story will revolve around the allegded,(sp?), coverup, and inconsitencies... All the confusion will neutralize the story, and it will disappear from view.(?)

Im no fan of Bush...
"And with Unka W in the White House, with 3,000 Americans dead in large part because he's there"but that is an extremely ignorant thing to say. If you want to buy into those "Bush knew" conspiracy theories, fine. But keep in mind that an attack like the one last year was not a spur-of-the-moment "Let's attack America today because Bush is their President" thing. It was a build up of hatred for American foreign policy over many, many years.Sorry...I'm not insulting you or anything like that. I just think that saying what went down last September occured because Bush was is office is an uneducated conclusion.

Trouble for Gore's Son
from: http://www.washtimes.com/national/20020913-69492908.htm
     Trouble for Gore
Albert Gore III, the 19-year-old son of former Vice President Al Gore, was arrested near the Pentagon last week by U.S. military police from Fort Myer and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, and possession of alcohol by a minor.
Jano Cabrera, spokesman for the former vice president, confirmed yesterday that the younger Gore was "pulled over for a DWI" during the early-morning hours of Sept. 5. The arrest was made outside of the base, which is near the Pentagon.
"The family is relieved that no one was hurt," Mr. Cabrera told Inside the Beltway. "Beyond that, they are dealing with this privately as a family."
Mr. Cabrera stressed that Mr. Gore was alone in the car and was not speeding.
Ned Christensen, the spokesman for Fort Myer, said the case has been turned over to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia. A federal court appearance is pending.
This is the younger Gore's second brush with the law in as many years. He was arrested on Aug. 12, 2000, by the North Carolina Highway Patrol when clocked driving 97 mph in a 55 mph zone. Under an agreement with prosecutors, a reckless-driving charge was dropped, he was fined $125 for speeding and his driving privileges were temporarily revoked.

I am Noelle Bush
I want the same breaks that Noelle gotWhat a great ad campaign that would be: crack heads, pill poppers, chain smokers and bar flies all could look in the camera and say: I am Noelle Bushand the graphics roll showing that legal drugs are more addictive and less useful, while the background audio drones on about how dangerous marijuana is claimed to be and stats pop up refuting each point, item by item...

...when this story broke that they wouldn't get a signed statement from any of the rehab workers. The fix is in, and then ol' Jeb will just grin and say "That's how it goes, folks, its out of my hands".

Equal Justice
Every convicted drug defendant should stand up in court and insist, "I want the same breaks that Noelle got."

Of COURSE they are not cooperating
They are just like anyone else; they want to keep breathing. And with Unka W in the White House, with 3,000 Americans dead in large part because he's there, do you think anyone would notice if the number quietly rose to 3,001? Or 3,002?The Power Elite play for world-spanning stakes in games that last decades. What we see unfolding in Central Asia and the Middle East has been planned for that long. You think they can't make a few staff members at a clinic in Florida disappear, a la 'The Clinton Body Count'?Of course they are not cooperating. They want to keep on living. Can you blame them?
