House Should Override Medical Marijuana Veto

medical Rhode Island -- As the executive director of AIDS Project Rhode Island, the state’s oldest provider of HIV care, prevention and advocacy, and on behalf of the thousands of Rhode Islanders living with HIV/AIDS on whose behalf we advocate, I urge the Rhode Island House of Representatives to take up the Rhode Island Medical Marijuana bill as their first order of business on Jan. 3 and to join the state Senate in overriding the governor’s misguided veto of this sensible, humane bill.

Legalizing the use of medical marijuana is a compassionate means of alleviating pain and discomfort for Rhode Islanders who suffer from chronic illnesses such as HIV. For many, such relief is almost impossible to get from pharmaceuticals that are currently on the market.

Over the past few years, we have worked with other providers and advocates to bring the medical marijuana bill to where it is today. Through the committee process, we have added the safeguards needed to ensure that medical marijuana brings much needed relief to those who need it without causing harm to others. Rhode Island’s medical marijuana bill is a strong piece of legislation, worthy of becoming law.

Unfortunately, we only have a very small window of opportunity in order to bring medical marijuana to Rhode Island. If the House adjourns the 2005 session on Jan.3 without taking up the veto, we will be forced to begin the entire process again, further delaying much needed relief for people with illnesses such as end-stage AIDS.

I appreciate the support that the leadership of the House has always provided to issues important to people living with HIV and I look forward to their support again this time.

WHEN THE BLIND CAN SEE THEY ARE ANOINTED.
12:25:5

Christmass

Does Christmas stem from Matthew 2:11?

Where frankincense was given to “the Child,” ??? (by the magi, no less.)

A ball of hash to raise the Child? Frank – incense.

After the gift is given, John the Baptist tells Us in Matthew 3:11, that now We will be baptized with the Spirit and fire (not water; that’s the old baptism). The water is good; the spirit and fire, is now available though and it is better.

I have fire at My alter. My alter is portable and I / We can go into baptism at any time, now.

THCU

The parable of the blind man.

The Christ used clay / the earth which is symbolized by a triangle and which shares the symbol of cannabis / Delta9(with that triangle)!!! And it heals the blindness which occurs on the beginning which is, for Us, in some ways, the very 1st page of the Bible (where We’re told the plants are good) which by the way is where man has a huge, huge blind spot!!! John 9:11 even indicates the words “clay” and “anointed” to help. Then down in John 9:32, “Since the beginning of time it has never been heard that anyone opened the eyes of a person born blind.”

Spit may even be considered water of life.

When the man could see, He didn’t just see, He was “anointed”!!!!

So: The very 1st page of the Bible (the beginning of time) – is where the New Christ will open the eyes of the blind.

He will start there.

(Clay in Webster’s indicates, earth, and is used as a symbol of the human body…)

420

I have a gift for You; Me. I Am the gift; the gift My Father gave to You. You are My gift as well; the gift My Father gave to Me.

What are You left with when You deny gifts from Our Father?

Before:

John 7:37-38, “…If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’”

(“drink” as in to smoke of a peace pipe… - Webster’s;

& this “water” may lead Us to the tree of life in Rev. 22:1-4 [the last page of the Bible], and where We are told the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations; speaking of PEACE.)

Evil spirits have created a blanket separation of people, from knowing God, starting on the very 1st page of the Bible. It is where God told Us that He created all the seed bearing plants and said they’re all good (see Gen. 1:11-12 & 29-30) and where many Christians and others deny the word of God, in supporting cannabis prohibition. The blind of the day, can be healed by literally using the earth to heal them; that is cannabis itself heals cannabis prohibition.

LET THEM EAT CANNABIS.

The magi used fire then and still use fire today. Did it help them find the Christ then?

Can fire help Us find Christ God Our Father; the Ecologician, today? Can the Tree of Life help Us?

If Christ could, would He have a ball of hash still today; or would He deny that gift?

THCU

John 9:32, “Since the beginning of time it has never been heard that anyone opened the eyes of a person born blind.”

A ball of hash from the beginning makes a fine gift.

-0-

From the beginning all the plants are said to be good (see the 1st page). From the beginning the Christ was given hash (see Matthew 2:11).

John 9:39, “…For judgement I came into the this world, so that those who do not see may see, and that those who see may become blind.”

John 10:34, “I said, YOU ARE GODS’ also Ps. 82:6.

I Am the gift; You are also gifts; Christmass; Let Us celebrate Christ God Our Father; Let Us celebrate each other. Be a gift to the Ecologician. And treat every day the same.

Merry Christmas. We had a more then great time last night. We must have had over 30 people at the Christmas Party last night and I wish I could talk as freely as I want but I can say we made some of our relatives very happy. We were looking at the Christmas Light with the music by TSO on my nieces computer and I just told them what I do everyday. I opened up conversation and got all kind of wows. They will be checking out our web site here and it renewed my beliefs that we are absolutely right in what we believe. What a wonderful night it was. Have a great day everyone.

End Peace Prohibition Now!
Merry Christmas, Brothers and Sisters. Peace and Love.

Bravery. Commitment. Perseverance. March. Protest. Demonstrate. Educate. Then, we win.

Mankind is at the brink of total enlightenment, or total destruction. There won't be a super hero coming from heaven to kill off and burn up everyone but Christians. There won't be a giant ufo rescue of those brave enough to step foot on an other-world space craft. Nothing is going to change for the better unless the majority of the people on this world become braver than the minority that controls them. The Elite have to be castrated of their greed. The war machines have to be dismantled. We all have to understand that if humanity is to exist much longer, we have to destroy the structure that is strangling it. The will of the few have to be replaced with the determination of the masses. Not mob rule, but mass co-operations. We have allowed the Elite to ruin our world. We did it individually, but the only way to correct it is collectively. We have to get entire armies to lay down their weapons of war. We have to make billionaires give up their money for the good of us all. And somehow, we have to reverse the damage done to our world.

I know this wonderful little plant that can help with that. So our first order of business in forming a new humanity will be to do what we, and those like us, are already doing, and convince many others to do the same. Liberate Cannabis. Love each other. Forgive each other. Tolerate each other. Cannabis can help soooo much with this. Twenty Million+ Stoners Can't Be Wrong!

Mayan, don't forget all the alliances that have already been formed in case we attack Iran. So, how do you get an army to lay down it's weapons? I wonder if we could burn enough bud to permeate the atmosphere with enough THC to mellow out the entire world overnight? Wage peace on war. END CANNABIS PROHIBITION NOW!

Merry Christmas to you and everyone. That was very nice. We just got home from a family gathering. It was the best Christmas Eve I've ever had and I mean that. They even had a Santa Claus come to the house for the children. One of the littlest children tugged on Santa's outfit and when Santa learned down low to hear what he wanted to say he said I just wanted to wish you Santa a Merry Christmas. Oh to be like a little child. How good it is.

Ho! Ho! Ho! Merry Christmas!

It seems that Iran will begin trading its oil in Petro-Euros in March. Iraq had announced that they were going to do the same thing and look what happened to them! Below is a link to a very interesting article which I urge everyone to read. It's a shame we have to focus on such matters in this season which symbolizes peace but we can't just close our eyes. Peace on earth may forever be a thing of the past if we don't stop the next war(s)...

What's the Fed Up To With the Money Supply? http://www.safehaven.com/showarticle.cfm?id=4331&pv=1

Here's a piece from Al Jazeera so some will assume it is biased but it does bring to light certain facts which do seem to make a March invasion possible if not probable. Iran's new early warning satellite network and the advanced anti-missile system they are purchasing from the Russians are two such facts...

Israel ready to strike Iran by end of March: http://www.thetruthseeker.co.uk/article.asp?ID=3960

May the peace we are enjoying this evening carry over to the parts of the world that know no peace.

Merry ChristMas to All
Luk 1:78 Because of our God's merciful compassion, the Dawn from on high will visit us

Luk 1:79 to shine on those who live in darkness and the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.

Luk 1:80 The child grew up and became spiritually strong, and he was in the wilderness until the day of his public appearance to Israel.

Luk 2:7 Then she gave birth to her firstborn Son, and she wrapped Him snugly in cloth and laid Him in a feeding trough--because there was no room for them at the inn.

Luk 2:8 In the same region, shepherds were staying out in the fields and keeping watch at night over their flock.

Luk 2:9 Then an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified.

Luk 2:10 But the angel said to them, "Don't be afraid, for look, I proclaim to you good news of great joy that will be for all the people:

Luk 2:11 today a Savior, who is Messiah the Lord, was born for you in the city of David.

Luk 1:69 He has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of His servant David,

US Democracy run by Hypocrites
A governor gets to veto any bill passed by the majority vote? The same thing has been happening in a dozen other states for decades. If we put together all the states where Governors veto majority votes on issues like medical marijuana, it should be obvious that real democracy does not exist in the USA.

Off Topic But Interesting
FBI Monitors Radiation Levels at Muslim Sites Without Warrants

***

Excerpt: "FBI agents do not intrude across any constitutionally protected areas without the proper legal authority," the spokesman said.

In a 2001 decision, the Supreme Court ruled 5-4 that police must get warrants before using devices that search through walls for criminal activity. That decision struck down the use without a warrant of a heat-sensing device that led to marijuana charges against an Oregon man.

They should have recorded it for the news
mayan, that article about the military ordering soldiers' parents not to use a website they created is shocking, though not surprising. One of those calls should have been recorded. We would have yet another huge scandal if someone had just recorded the US Army calling and intimidating soldiers' parents. Can you believe the nerve of them?! They have zero authority to tell an American citizen to do or not do anything! That crime is directly traceable to Bush as well. As commander-in-chief, everything that they do is under his orders.

A Message?
Is God trying to send Governor Carcieri a message? Carcieri would eradicate the cannabis plant from the earth if he could even though the Bible says ALL green plants and ALL seed-bearing fruits are a gift to ALL of US. Now the Christmas Tree is dead at the R.I. statehouse! May the Tree of Life live on!
