C-news has become my home on the internet. I may not post as much as some of the others here, but I read almost every comment people make everyday. I feel like I know many people mentioned here because of how much time I have spent researching the subect and talking to people here and elsewhere. I dont always agree with Marc Emery, but after this, I will never say another bad word about him ever again.

FoM, I know how you feel about not wanting to let your emotions get away from you, but sometimes it helps to call these Nazi's exactly what they are..Instead of Jewish people, the 'stoners' are the target of this holocaust. While they do not outright kill most of us, they just destroy almost any chance for anyone caught by them to live a normal life. They take your pride, your possessions, and they try to take your freedom. And meanwhile, they drink their Budweiser and Prozac cocktails and steal every bit of money they can. These fucking idiots dont even realize that money means absolutely nothing. The only worth it has it the worth THEY assign to it. It's all just paper or metal when you get down to it. And hell, anymore there isnt even any paper, it's just a bunch of abstract numbers in a bank account at the First Enron Bank of America (coming to a K-mart near you) Do you understand that?? People are being destroyed over numbers that dont even exist!!!!

Vent those emotions either here or wherever you feel comfortable venting them, dont keep them bottled up inside, for if you do, one day they will come back in ways you would never expect. Use your emotions to fuel the fire of your activism, when expressed properly, even the most rage fuelled speeches can change society, look at some of Malcolm X's speeches and you can literally feel his outrage and anger at the condition of his people. Peace and love will win the war, but rage will be the catalyst that makes our side finally stand up and say, "NO! We will NOT let you control us anymore!" This is a war of their design, and most wars are fought and won psychologically. Be careful in celebrating 4-20 and who you choose to celebrate it with. With the recent 'terror' warnings for today and the results of the last two warnings, expect the worst, but hope for the best.

ugh...mindless rambling while tired is not a good idea..i hope this makes some sense to people..if not, excuse me as i wallow in my own anger and self-pity for not being able to celebrate with you, but seeing as how I am wanting to take a more pro-active role, it seems an unfortunate and necessary condition for my own safety.

He requires huge quantities of medical marijuana.Kubby's grow op was raided a day after his arrest by Immigration Canada officials acting for the DEA on US warrants.

They must make regular weekly appearances with immigration in regards their right to stay in Canada. Canadian immigration acted on warrants from the State of California requesting the return to the USA of Kubby over ONE stem of magic mushroom and four dried peyote buttons of questionable viability.

Steve Tuck was released yesterday. He is out on $5,000 bail. Only his immigration status is in question in Canada, a minor matter, but is wanted on charges in California relating to medical marijuana production. Canadian immigration were acting on request of the US government and offices of the DEA in California. Tuck is a veteran of US armed forces and suffers a variety of major spinal column ailments (he has metal plates in much of his spine) requiring many drugs and cannabis.

Ken Hayes, of San Francisco, living in Vancouver, was arrested Thursday, on warrants issued out of California, yesterday, on Thursday April 18. He is being held over in good conditions at the Vancouver airport immigration detention centre, a much better place than city jail where Kubby/Tuck were, but Hayes will have to remain incarcerated until Monday when an Immigration Hearing is set.
