Something that garners between 73-85% of popular support will inevitably lead to some jury nullification...hint - when the citizen jurists of California exercise their RIGHT to DESSENT and judge the LAW as well as the accused, it will come, a might swift end to damnable prohibition. i'm a native and citizen of california...i'm not so sure i want to add U.S. citizenship...that pile of marble over 3000 miles away is inflicting cruel and unusual punishment on californians...ya think running the FBI and the federal attorneys out of california might be a good idea? (think about the boston tea party, 3000 miles from london...) [ Post Comment ] |
